Rats get into buildings through defects in the sewer pipe: open joints, cracks, displaced connections. A single weak point is often enough.

A point repair liner fixes the problem at the source. A short section of resin-impregnated liner is installed from the inside, exactly where the defect is. Once cured, it forms a continuous, watertight wall that rodents can no longer get through.

Our process

1. Camera inspection to find the entry point
2. Cleaning of the pipe at the defect
3. Installation of the point repair liner through an existing access point, without digging
4. Video check of the result, handed to the client

Point repair or full length?

When the defect is localized, a point repair liner is the fastest and most targeted solution. If the inspection reveals several weak points, anti-rat lining over the full length of the pipe eliminates every joint at once.
