We only collect the information needed to provide our services and respond to your requests:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Mailing address (location of the work)
• Phone number
• Description of your request (contact and quote forms)
• Email address only, for the newsletter (with double opt-in)

How we use your information

Your information is used solely to:

• Respond to your service or quote requests
• Plan and document the work you entrust to us
• Process billing
• Send you our newsletter, if you have explicitly consented to it (you can unsubscribe with one click in every email)
• Improve our services

Disclosure to third parties

We do not sell or rent your personal information. It is disclosed to third parties only in the following cases:

• To the technical providers strictly necessary to operate the site (hosting, transactional email delivery), who are bound by confidentiality obligations
• If you consent to it

Retention

Contact and quote requests are kept for as long as needed for commercial follow-up, then deleted. Information related to completed work is kept in accordance with our legal and tax obligations. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
