Frequently asked questions
Pipe lining, inspection, unclogging: answers to the questions our clients ask most often.
Pipe lining and relining often cost less than a full pipe replacement, while extending the useful life of your pipes by several decades. Since every case is different, a camera inspection lets us give you an accurate quote with no surprises.
We inspect your pipes with a high-definition camera to determine whether they qualify for lining. You receive the video evidence along with our recommendation: we only propose lining when it is truly the right solution.
Yes. We offer preventive maintenance programs: periodic camera inspections, drain snaking and other methods to keep the plumbing in your condo complex flowing properly. Prevention catches problems before they turn into disasters.
Yes. Our unclogging service uses professional equipment capable of clearing any type of pipe, even over long distances. For commercial clients, we schedule the work to avoid any interruption to your operations. Call us to get your quote.
In most residential cases, a single day: the liner is installed through existing access points, with no excavation. Recent blue light (LED) curing technologies speed up resin hardening even further, one section at a time.
About 50 years. Once cured, the epoxy liner forms a self-supporting structural pipe that is watertight and resistant to corrosion and abrasion, with a smoother wall than the original pipe, which improves flow.
Yes. Rodents climb up through the sewer via the failing joints of older pipes. The continuous liner eliminates every joint: no more entry points, and a hard wall they cannot chew through. That is our anti-rat lining, installed without excavation.
